Talking Tom Gold Run is something of a breakout title for everyone's favorite feline sim. It's what the franchise needed and comes at the right time to capture a new gaming demographic.

Gold Run lets Tom spread his wings and sally forth on an outdoor adventure. The plot of this tale sees Tom on a race to capture The Rakoonz. They are a pesky bunch of raccoon bandits out to commit robbery whenever they can.

So forget giving Tom a bath; in this game, you are running, dashing, and racing through the streets.

The object is to recover The Rakoonz's stolen gold. Roy Rakoon is the mastermind behind their plot to steal the world's entire gold supply. It's you and Tom's job to stop Roy in his tracks, grab his getaway truck and recover the gold.

However, there are tons of obstacles in the way of your hot pursuit. You have to dodge trucks, cars, and roadblocks in this epic chase. Along the way, collect power-ups to help you catch Roy.
