In this instance, My Talking Tom leads to My Talking Angela, a female version of a virtual pet cat. And why not?

Throw in lots of pinks, and you are on to a surefire winner.

However, this may well be the cynical take on what happened. Whatever way she came into being My Talking Angela is a hit game in her own right.

More

My Talking Angela is a cute sim that will appeal to youngsters of all ages.

Look after Angela and ensure she is living the best life dressed in various unique and fashionable outfits, accessories, and makeup. She will tell you when it's time for a fresh makeover.

As well as taking care of Angela, she has ambitions to be a superstar. So you can help her learn wicked dance moves for her favorite jams. Luckily, for a cat with celebrity in mind, Angela has natural talent, be it disco, ballet, or K-pop. No matter the musical genre, Angela will shine on the stage.

There's plenty here to keep you occupied for hours every day. After all, being a cat's hooman is a lifelong commitment not to be taken lightly.

The game is free to play. However, there are optional in-app purchases, including a monthly subscription that buys you extra gameplay features.

Known as the Captain Cute subscription, it costs $4.99 per month. For this, though, you get the exclusive Captain Cute outfit, unlimited energy when playing a mini-game, and the chance to resume play four times when playing a mini-game.

Only you can decide if this is value for money.

The main criticism of My Talking Angela is that it could do with some more mini-games to hold the player's interest.

And surprisingly, for a lady cat with her eyes on stardom, Angela farts in the bath. Who would have guessed?
